I LOVE THE TOP ONE!! (note: my kitchen might look simiar one day... i debate in my head all the time between black counters vs. white marble with grey veins... ) ANYWAY... i would add come kind of more frilly transitional chandelier to soften the top look a bit! LOVE YOU!
I'm a *white* girl...ok, now how it sounds...but I LOOOVE the white countertop, the white cab's - the dark floors..It is what my dream kitchen would look like....they're both classic - I know you wouldn't get tired of any of them!
I prefer the 2nd...as it isn't stark white. It's more of a yellowish cream which is beautiful and eye catching!!! The countertops that blend into the cabinets are ideal and make the space look larger i think. Whichever you decide...i know it will be GORGEOUS lady. Good luck with your choices.
The top for sure. Love your blog. We have the same bliggity back drop. :) Is that the kitchen from "As good as it gets"? That movie is my dream living situation. http://chinnyandpoom.blogspot.com
Two is my preference because it feels like a home. The other one, although beautiful - feels almost a little too stark/cold to me. The other feels warm/inviting in a way unlike the other.
They are pretty similar, but, I prefer the 1st one because of the contrast between the black and the white. I feel as though the 2nd one does not have the pop needed to liven up a kitchen.

ReplyDeleteYou know I like the second pic. I love the crystal chandeliers in the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd one for sure, cause it has more character.
